David W. Nance is a multilingual attorney with more than 25 years of experience representing businesses, property owners, and entrepreneurs in complex litigation, significant transactions, and ongoing outside general counsel matters. His practice includes commercial disputes, corporate governance, real estate and construction matters, technology and SaaS agreements, healthcare-related issues, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and complex commercial contracts. He has extensive experience in administrative proceedings, civil bench and jury trials, and appellate matters, and he advises clients with practical judgment shaped by both courtroom advocacy and transactional work. Fluent in English, German, and Spanish, and conversational in French and Polish, he represents clients across the United States and internationally.​
